How to export from Salesforce

Open the report in Salesforce
Click Export
Choose Details Only
Format: Excel (.xls)
Keep the filename as-is

Auto-fetch

Use the Salesforce Auto-Fetch tab to skip the download step — paste report URLs and your sid cookie once and the app pulls the data automatically.

Tier detection

The tier is auto-detected from the filename — no manual input needed.

T2 or to T2 → Tier 2

T3 or to T3 → Tier 3

Tier 8 → Tier 8

Priority rule

If an account appears in multiple files, the highest-priority tier wins:

Tier 2 > Tier 3 > Tier 8

Outputs

One CSV per file + Monthly_Moves_Consolidated.csv combining all unique accounts.

Both contain exactly two columns: 18 Digit Account ID and Marketing Tier.

Upload XLS Files Upload CSV Files Salesforce Auto-Fetch

Upload up to 4 XLS files exported from Salesforce. The target tier (Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 8) is detected automatically from each filename. One CSV is produced per file, plus a consolidated CSV with deduplication applied — see the sidebar for the priority rule.

Upload XLS files exported from Salesforce, then click Process Tier Moves.
